Orianthi is a guitarist who was rehearsing with Mivheal Jackson for his series of concerts called “This Is It” which sadly ddin’t came to be due to Micheal Jackson passing away shortly before the beginning of it.

“やりがい搾取” is kind of a difficult word to explain its meaning. It is mostly associated with music industry, where for example a music producers makes their tracks for free – because its their passion and the have fun doing it – while also giving their work to corporate labels who do indeed make money off the music their selling.
