Before transcribing this, I haven’t checked what the title meant, but it seems like my transcription fitted into it. Or so I think.
What my interpretation is – we have 2 speakers here. One of them is Akyuu or her mother, second is Reimu, or more likely, other shrine maiden. They’re going on a lunar war (Streaking with lights, so we’re send out to space) and Akyuu’s mother unfortunately dies. But, of course, she will be “reborn” (well, I mean her memories will last in her daughter, which is probably Akyuu) again. But of course, it’s only a interpretation. Feel free to sing or understand it in any way you’d like, those are not official lyrics.
